Job Description
Penair is a large progressive and innovative secondary school wishing to develop an outstanding culture and provision. We are looking for an individual with the skills experience and passion to contribute to achieving this aim. We are looking to appoint an excellent member of staff to support students on modified timetables in Key Stage 4 who will access our new Learning Intervention Centre (TheHarbour).
You will be responsible for developing this provision and making external links with other providers. You will work with faculties to track the progress of students and work with Middle Leaders throughout the school. The successful candidate will have unlimited optimism be well organized with excellent communication skills and a tenacityto succeed.
