Atlantic Growth Solutions is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Director of Recruiting to lead and grow our recruiting practice with a focus on outbound business development and client acquisition. This is a high-impact revenue-generating leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of recruiting and sales.
You will be responsible for sourcing and closing new clients managing end-to-end recruiting engagements and building strong consultative relationships with decision-makers in B2B companies.
This is not a traditional internal recruitment role. Instead we are looking for a recruiting leader with the drive business savvy and closing ability to independently win new accounts build lasting partnerships and deliver top-tier talent solutions.
