Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Technician III with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role is responsible for setting up operating troubleshooting and maintaining aseptic filling line equipment in a sterile cGMP-compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate sterile solution filling lines vial cappers autoclaves and dry heat ovens
- Perform in-process checks (fill weight torque oxygen analysis)
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot high-speed equipment
- Support cleanroom operations and aseptic processes
- Complete batch records and follow SOPs
- Train junior technicians and support new equipment validation
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- At least 2 years at a Technician II level
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills (equipment alignment/changeovers)
- Experience with cGMP aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and push heavy carts
- Must be cleanroom certifiable and adaptable to changing priorities
