Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will support the production team in all phases of project execution ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily production operations and workflow coordination.
Prepare and organize materials tools and equipment for production processes.
Monitor production timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
Support team members with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Previous experience in production manufacturing or related fields is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software are advantageous.
