Job Description
Note: This is a hybrid position and requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at the Chicago IL office.
Note: Base salary ranges from $70000 to $80000 with on-target earnings in the first year projected at $80000 to $100000 or more.

Job Description
- Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial.
- Work closely with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and litigation.
- Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and settlement demands.
- Attend hearings depositions and court proceedings.
- Communicate with clients opposing counsel and insurance companies.
- Maintain strong organizational skills to handle a high-volume caseload.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois (must have active bar admission).
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high caseload.

- If they have 1 yr of solid PI litigation or pre-litigation experience submit. Salary is so low - no one with 2 years experience will want this job.
