Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team in Glendale this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued clients building strong relationships and promoting our banking products and services.

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Analyze customers financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services to meet their requirements
  • Process various banking transactions including account openings deposits withdrawals and loan applications
  • Cross-sell and promote the banks products and services to existing customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
  • Knowledge of banking products services and financial regulations
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficiency in computer applications and banking software
  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in banking or customer service roles (preferred)
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards (preferred)
  • Sales and marketing skills (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the local community and customer base in Glendale Australia
