Wealth Enhancement Group has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Advisor to join our team in Southern California. The Financial Advisor will partner with the lead advisor and team to provide exceptional financial plans financial advice and reviews to assist clients in achieving their financial goals. Our team members work together to meet company objectives for customer service quality client retention and sales growth. This role can sit in one of our offices in Irvine San Marino or San Diego with flexibility for a hybrid schedule.

Primary Job Functions

Manage existing client relationships to WEGs planning-based standard of identity

Source and close prospects

Mentor and train individuals on the team in technical areas of financial planning and client service

Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings educational events coaching programs and proficient in advisor/client facing technology

Adherence to the Wealth Enhancement Groups Corporate Communication Strategy and in good compliance standing
