Our client is a leading Malaysian supplier of customized high-performance warehouse racking systems with in-house manufacturing in Shah Alam and clients across Malaysia and Indonesia. They also distribute UMW Grantt lubricant oils offering integrated solutions that optimize both storage efficiency and equipment performance.
They are seeking a results-driven sales professional with at least 3 years industrial lubricant experience to drive new business manage client relationships and achieve sales targets. Requires strong communication market insight and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Identify develop and secure new business opportunities in the industrial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
- Prepare and present proposals quotations and solutions according to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure project success.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend trade shows exhibitions and networking events to promote company products and services.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of industrial lubricant experience in business development sales or accounts servicing.
- Good communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently be self-motivated and have a proactive results-oriented mindset
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills to stay ahead of industry trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered an added advantage.
