Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Atlanta GA

Position Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $19.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Customer Service Representatives for a distribution warehouse located in Lawrenceville!

Qualifications for Customer Service Representatives:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of sales/account management experience is required.

  • Proficient in Outlook Microsoft Suite and internet navigation.

  • Detail oriented and the ability to multitask.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hands-on environment.

  • Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Customer Service Representatives:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and employees.

  • Ensure all communications with customers and team members represent the companys culture values and practices.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

  • Maintain professional relationships with all customers and coworkers.

  • Promptly answer phones/emails maintain e-commerce business enter orders quote pricing provide product information up-selling etc.

  • Ability to stay organized follow up and track results through KPIs.

  • Make outbound phone calls to store managers concerning orders resolving issues and building relationships.

  • Research and develop product knowledge to assist to educate customers.

  • Assist store managers with product knowledge store orders status updates and any other inquiries they may have.

  • Enter and maintain orders to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner.

  • Utilize IT and reports to obtain information that will help grow business.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.


Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
