Job Description

RN Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Permanent Role)

Location: Irving TX 75061
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care to neonates in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Monitor and assess the health status of infants promptly recognizing changes in condition.
  • Administer medications fluids and treatments as prescribed.
  • Operate and manage life-support systems including ventilators and incubators.
  • Collaborate with physicians respiratory therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate and support parents and families during hospitalization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Comply with all hospital policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
  • Must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification must be obtained upon hire.
