Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support multiple Agile teams in a dynamic fast-paced enterprise environment. The Scrum Master will oversee Agile teams facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving delivery across diverse workstreams. The role emphasizes enabling effective outcomes fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring strong alignment with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams within the implementation program.
- Facilitate all Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews Retrospectives) ensuring engagement and adherence to Agile principles.
- Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlogs are well-refined prioritized and delivery-focused.
- Mentor team members on Agile practices fostering a culture of collaboration transparency and accountability.
- Promote continuous improvement by tracking retrospective action items and ensuring follow-through to ensure effective implementation.
- Identify track and resolve blockers impacting sprint commitments.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and program leadership to address cross-team dependencies and risks.
- Monitor delivery metrics including velocity sprint burndown and commitment versus completion rates.
- Ensure accurate progress reporting via Jira dashboards boards and roadmaps (Plans).
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery dependencies are managed.
- Support integration with enterprise systems and cross-workstream coordination.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale Agile programs leading multiple teams in complex fast-paced environments.
- Expert in Jira for backlog management reporting and roadmap creation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
- Exceptional facilitation conflict resolution and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proven ability to coach teams foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent certification; advanced Agile or SAFe certifications preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing automotive or similar industries.
- Exposure to ERP MES or similar enterprise systems is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
