Job Summary
As a Master Data administrator you analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets liabilities profit and loss tax liability or other financial activities within an .
Your role
Perform supplier validation calls within the agreed timeline
Ensure data accuracy
Works closely with business and IT to assure alignment of master data rules
Perform and support master data audit if required
Learn and understand master data related controls for local and legal/SOX requirements
Provide input and ensure accuracy of monthly reports (KPI audit) as necessary
Opportunity to suggest or work on process improvement solutions
Participate in projects or transitions as required
Your profile
Fresh graduates welcome or completed a Business / IT / Supply Chain / Sales related secondary studies or bachelors degree
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English any additional languages is an advantage
Comfortable with Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint
Advantage if you have experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle SAP MDG)
Relevant finance / supply chain / IT / data analyst experience is an advantage
