Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-impact digital solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews Retrospectives).
- Guide teams through Agile practices and principles promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and foster a productive environment for development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and agile metrics to stakeholders.
- Support Agile transformations and coach teams on Agile methodologies.
- Promote alignment across squads using SAFe and Scrum of Scrums frameworks.
- Lead workshops on Product Discovery User Story Mapping and Agile best practices.
- Ensure delivery of business value through effective team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master Agile Coach or Project Manager in Agile environments.
- Proven experience in Agile transformations and scaling Agile practices.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum Kanban SAFe Shape Up.
- Experience with tools such as Jira Confluence Trello Miro Figma and Power BI.
- Excellent facilitation coaching and conflict resolution skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency; Spanish fluency required.
Preferred Certifications:
- Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC)
- Product Owner Professional Certificate (SPOPC)
- Kanban Essentials Professional Certificate (KEPC)
