POSITION SUMMARY
Breakthrough is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic this role you will play a key part in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness engage target audiences and support our growth goals. This position offers the opportunity to work across various marketing channels collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to impactful campaigns that make a difference.This position is located in Green Bay WI.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support business objectives.
- Write and edit compelling content including case studies blogs emails and other marketing materials that communicate Breakthroughs value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the creation of client-facing materials presentations and other written content.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events conferences and other brand initiatives.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging marketing practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear engaging and persuasive content.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including social media SEO and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creativity adaptability and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
