Themission of the Division of Professional Regulation (DPR) is to ensureprotection of the publics health safety and welfare. Our services benefitthe citizens of Delaware professional licenses license applicants otherstate and national agencies and private organizations. DPR provides regulatoryoversight for 37 boards/commissions comprised of Governor-appointed public andprofessional members. This position is the second level of office supportmanagement responsible for overseeing the daily operations and efficientfunctioning of a cross-functional administrative office environment. Inaddition to serving as principal liaison for boards and commissions it managesboard meetings credentials licensing applications and provides guidance andconsultation on complex administrative matters to leadership and assignedboards. The elements of supervision include performing the following on aregular and continuing basis: planning assigning reviewing evaluatingcoaching training disciplining and recommending hire termination andpromotion.
