Were seeking a motivated and experienced civil professional to lead our Major Works Maintenance team in the delivery of programmed road and drainage maintenance as well as minor civil construction projects. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for someone with a strong background in civil construction or maintenance whos ready to step into a supervisory role with real impact.
As Team Leader youll coordinate daily operations manage a skilled on site crew and ensure works are delivered safely efficiently and to a high standard. Youll be confident interpreting civil design plans undertaking material quantity take offs and survey calculations and applying best practice methods to meet time quality and cost targets. A current MR drivers licence and White Card are essential along with demonstrated experience in roadworks drainage and concrete construction.
