Location: West London

Salary: 35000 basic - 40000.00 overtime call out stand by

Our client a leading security systems integrator is seeking a skilled Security Service Engineer to join their team in West London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end enterprise sites such as data centres universities and private hospitals utilising systems from top industry brands.
Position Overview
As a Security Service Engineer you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of various security systems for our clients prestigious customers. Working closely with the service team you will ensure that all tasks meet the highest standards and comply with contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities
Carry out fault-finding preventative maintenance and small works on a range of security systems
Maintain a well-stocked van to ensure first-time fixes
Undertake small works projects and commissioning tasks
Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota
Demonstrate flexibility with working hours including overtime when required
Requirements
Extensive experience working on large-scale networked systems including CCTV and Access Control Systems
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the security industry
Strong awareness of industry codes and standards
Proven ability to accurately fault-find and resolve issues
Competence in using technology such as laptops measuring devices and smartphones
Strong IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office for reports and timesheets
Excellent customer service skills especially with high-end clients
Full UK driving license
