Job Description
Job Title: Contract Program Manager
Location: Work performance shall be performed onsite at government facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR). The NCR includes the District of Columbia and neighboring counties and cities of Maryland Virginia including Arlington Loudon Fairfax and Prince William counties in Virginia.
Clearance:Must have active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
Citizenship:US Citizenship required
Position Type:Full time
Salary:$150000 - $175000 salary range - compensation based on years of relevant professional experience educational background and related professional skill set plus geographical location. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only.

AttainX Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager (PM) to provide executive-level oversight and leadership to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of the Chief Digital & Artificial Intelligence Officer (OCDAO) Information Technology Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning and Program Support Services. The PM will be responsible for leading a several million-dollar contract. This role requires exceptional leadership program management expertise and the ability to coordinate technical and policy activities across multiple stakeholders. The PM will ensure all program deliverables meet contractual schedule and performance requirements.
RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business management business administration or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership/program management experience with progressively higher responsibility in the private and/or public sector
- At least five years of experience in data Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Information Technology (IT)-related fields
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DA WAI) Level 3 certification
PreferredQualifications:
- Masters degree in business management business administration or related field
Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive management and oversight of all program activities.
- Track and manage program initiatives schedules budgets and risks.
- Provide analytical and problem-solving support for AI and IT systems.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on Agile software development processes.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement and coordination across federal agency.
