What Youll Do

As a District Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships within your assigned territory. Youll take ownership of the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closingand provide strategic insights to guide business this role you will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with territory goals
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Create and manage sales plans forecasts and budgets
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales reporting
  • Lead the full sales process: quoting product demos negotiations and closing deals
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide post-sale support
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations customer service etc.) to drive customer satisfaction
  • Report on performance metrics and contribute insights to senior leadership

What Youll Need

  • 5 years of successful sales experience ideally in manufacturing or industrial markets
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce HubSpot or equivalent)
  • Skilled in forecasting pipeline management and consultative sales techniques
  • Ability to analyze data and market insights to inform strategy
  • Excellent communication relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Pay Range:

64000.00 - 96000.00
