The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to focus on technical UX design for sophisticated software used in professional design and engineering environments. This role involves rethinking how users navigate setup processes configuration flows and day-to-day in-product interactions. Youll be solving for usability clarity and workflow optimizationnot consumer-facing polish.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of UX strategy and design execution across key software applications (desktop plugin and web-based tools)
Audit existing user flows to identify areas for simplification and error reduction
Design intuitive onboarding experiences contextual guidance and smart defaults
Create user flows wireframes and detailed mockups using Figma (or similar)
Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers in iterative sprints
Conduct direct research with end users including interviews usability testing and feedback sessions
Maintain and evolve internal design systems and usability guidelines
Ideal Background
7 years of UX experience especially in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
Skilled in user research and testing methodologies
Familiarity with complex technical software ideally involving configuration-heavy workflows
Comfortable designing for expert-level users with deep domain knowledge
Experience in systems and information architecture for deeply functional applications
Exposure to digital design tools in architecture engineering or industrial contexts is a plus
Strong proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools
