Job Summary
- Mentor & guide junior designers fostering a high-performance design culture
- Create world-class user-centered designs by considering market research business goals user feedback & usability study findings
- Drive the end-to-end design process from research & ideation to wireframing prototyping & testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring that design solutions align with user needs & business objectives
- Lead user research initiatives that produce data-driven UX solutions that enhance user satisfaction & engagement
- Lead & mentor a dedicated design team fostering collaboration growth & excellence
- Manage & distribute work among junior designers ensuring optimal productivity
- Develop user personas journey maps & information architecture to create structured & intuitive experiences
- Craft high-fidelity wireframes prototypes & simple yet scalable design systems that improve usability & accessibility
- Establish & uphold UX documentation standards ensuring clarity & consistency across projects
- Work closely with product managers developers & stakeholders to align UX strategies with business goals
- Oversee project timelines & deliverables ensuring high-quality execution of UX solutions
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- 4 years of UX design experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven ability to lead design strategy user research & usability testing
- Expertise in wireframing prototyping & interaction design for web & mobile platforms
- Strong understanding of information architecture accessibility & usability practices
- Proficiency in Figma & other design & prototyping tools
- Excellent storytelling & presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively
- Experience in leading teams & mentoring designers
