Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday
Are you a motivated and organised individual with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional service Were looking for an Ecommerce Team Leader to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the success of our web sales operation.
In this hands-on role youll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pick and pack team ensuring customer orders are dispatched efficiently and accurately. Youll lead by example support team development and help drive performance to meet and exceed KPIs.
What Youll Be Doing:
Organising team rotas breaks and holiday schedules
Leading daily team briefings and ensuring tasks and targets are clearly communicated
Supporting courier preparation and liaising with internal stakeholders
Overseeing order picking packing and dispatch processes
Championing health and safety and maintaining a clean secure working environment
Supporting stock and admin teams when required
Managing absence and conducting return-to-work interviews
Identifying training needs and supporting team development
What Were Looking For:
Experience in retail ecommerce or order fulfilment environments
Strong organisational and communication skills
A positive proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
A team player who can motivate and support others
IT literate with a good understanding of associated equipment
