We are excited to welcome applications from budding HR superstars for a role in our close-knit People (HR) team. Reporting to the Lead People Partner Operations & Systems youll work in the HR engine room and support transactional day-to-day HR activity. Youll play a key role in enabling employee experience through the provision of first line interface to our employees.
This is an ideal development role and will provide a strong grounding across all aspects of the People functions areas of responsibility. Whilst some HR experience is required well support training to help you build out your skills.
In terms of location whilst the preference is for the role to be based in Melbourne we also welcome candidates from Canberra.

Whist not essential experience using SuccessFactors or another HR Information System (HRIS) is preferred.
Due to the nature of our business applicants must also be eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.
