Project Overview:
Project Solutions Inc. is seeking personnel to provide a full range of civil engineering and management support services in support of Creech AFB operations. The selected team members will deliver electrical mechanical civil and structural engineering expertise and associated management support addressing project planning programming design oversight construction management renovation and demolition activities and realty specialist services. The overall goal is to support programming decisions to achieve optimum resource efficiency and the lowest life-cycle cost.
This role is contingent upon award of project.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with planning and programming of quality facilities projects needed to perform the Air Force mission.
- Ensure project requests meet validated requirements and comply with all applicable standards.
- Support programming efforts to achieve the lowest life cycle cost and optimum resource efficiency.
- Help minimize environmental impacts to both natural and human environments.
- Ensure projects are executed within established authorities and available resources.
Required Education Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum four 4year Bachelors degreein Engineering from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)-accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 4 years of programming experience in the Department of Defense within the last 10years OR Minimum of 4years of project development experience with at least 4 years of cost estimating experience in the United States within the last 10 years.
- Ability to obtain Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
- Ability to read and interpret plans schedules and other specifications.
- Written and verbal communication problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong computer and technology literacy to utilize PCs and mobile devices.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
