You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Office of Pensions is looking for a dynamic subject matter expert on healthcare for Medicare eligible retirees to support our members and our team of HR Analysts. This individual will counsel pensioners dependents and long-term disability recipients on navigating their healthcare decisions and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements to avoid penalties. This is a critical role that blends compassion expertise and clarity in service to those who rely on us most.
Selective Requirements must be met in addition to the job requirements. Applicants who do not possess the selective requirement will not be qualified.
Four years of professional human resource experience.
In addition to the above requirement applicants must meet all of the job requirements below:
2. Three years experience in performing human resource analysis and consultation in support of a human resource function.
3. Three years experience in providing guidance direction and recommendations to employees management or others on inquiries and/or challenges.
4. Three years experience in researching analyzing and interpreting data and presenting findings.
5. Two years experience in ensuring compliance with human resource laws rules regulations standards policies and procedures.
