Location: 22010 SE 51st St Issaquah WA 98029. Approximately 20% travel required. Hybrid remote work permitted.
Salary Range: $195700 - $241100 / Year
Position Title: Head of IT Operations
Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 40 Hours/Week
Summary of Duties: Manage end-user support across all Ultrasound sites. Lead infrastructure projects for the sites. Be responsible for managing support for data centers network infrastructure end-user computing and audio-video equipment for conference rooms. Collaborate with central IT functions to bring improvements for Ultrasound leveraging new technologies. Support R&D team for their software development infrastructure. Approximately 20% travel required. Hybrid remote work permitted.
Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field and eight (8) years of experience in The job offered Engineer or an acceptable alternate occupation OR a Masters in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field and six (6) years of experience in The job offered Engineer or an acceptable alternate occupation. Position requires experience with the following: understanding of the different elements of IT Infrastructure; IT experience focused on IT infrastructure operations; experience with End user technologies; IT business partner experience; experience with IT infrastructure products or supporting infrastructure products; Leadership/people management experience; experience leading teams in a global organization; experience working in engineering (R&D) and interfacing with Supply chain (SCM) and manufacturing environment; experience in delivering hardware/software solutions to customers.
