Welder / Fabricator (MIG & TIG)
Location: Crawley
Salary: 14.00 17.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate (Weekdays and Saturdays)
Working Hours: Monday Friday 07:30 16:00 (includes 1 x 30-minute and 2 x 15-minute breaks)
Overtime Availability: Weekdays up to 17:30 Saturdays 07:30 11:30

Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join their skilled workshop team.
Job Profile
The Welder / Fabricator will be responsible for completing fabrication tasks using both MIG and TIG welding techniques. This hands-on role involves interpreting engineering drawings preparing materials and producing high-spec components with precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Perform MIG and TIG welding to fabricate metal components to required specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Measure cut and assemble parts as required for custom builds.
- Inspect completed welds and structures to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Operate fabrication tools and machinery in a safe and effective manner.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Support the team by contributing to a positive and efficient working environment.
- Participate in overtime shifts as needed including evenings and Saturday mornings.
Requirements / Skills
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Skilled in the use of fabrication tools and workshop machinery.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good timekeeping and communication skills.
- Experience working in a busy workshop or engineering environment.
