Job Summary: Fabricator
As a fabricator you will be responsible for constructing and assembling metal parts and structures according to engineering drawings and specifications. Your role involves using various tools equipment and techniques to fabricate components used in manufacturing construction and other industries. You will work with metals such as steel aluminum and alloys ensuring precision and quality in every fabricated piece. Collaboration with engineers designers and other team members is essential to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Seeking a qualifiedfabricator/welderto performskilledwork in the following areas including but not limited to:
- Fabrication (layout fit-up welding grinding
- Material handling (overhead crane forklift etc.)
- Cutting and general forming
- Machine maintenance and repair
- Pick-upand delivery of partsproductand materials
Qualifications
PreferredSkills:
- Prior experience fabricating steel aluminum and/or stainless steel
- Understanding of various welding processes including but not limited to MIG and FCAW
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- Prior overhead crane and forklift experience
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- English as primary language
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibility
- Adherence to company safety standards and practices
- Ability to work individually or aspart of ateam
- Capable of multitasking and seamlessly switching between projects
- Ability to work overtime when necessary

- Shop conditions vary with the seasons and type of work being conducted. Must be willing and able to work in extreme temperatures (below freezing and in excess of 100*F) and in dangerous/hazardous environments that are commonlyencounteredin this industry.
