The Employment Consultant Inclusive Employment Australia is responsible for leading coaching and supporting participants to find employment.

What will you be doing
- You will support and understand the clients barriers and work together to develop employment goals and plans to support the client to achieve these goals
- Be part of creating and sourcing employment opportunities for your clients
- Supporting and helping your clients identify their skills abilities and secure sustainable employment
- Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients employers and stakeholders
- Building rapport and supporting our clients to increase their capacity to secure suitable employment through training and other support services
- Creating tailoring and implementing a partnered job plan with the client to support them through the employment journey and into sustainable employment
- Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers registered training organisations and community organisations
- Explaining to employers the benefits and supports in hiring someone with a barrier/disability
Who are we looking for
- Someone who as the ability to overcome objections and break down employment barriers that exist for people
- Ability to deliver efficient and effective strategies to positively engage with employers and build sustainable relationships
- Awareness of vulnerabilities and the positive effects of employment
- Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- An understanding or ability to learn how to work with potential employers to source employment
- Well-developed problem-solving skills

To be considered:
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have a current drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
