About the Role
A major infrastructure company is launching a strategic M&A initiative involving the potential sale of several hundred properties across Norway. This opportunity builds on the success of a comparable high-value transaction in 2021 involving 85 development properties.
Were seeking a real estate M&A specialist with strong financial and market expertise to support portfolio analysis structuring and the execution of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and deliver financial valuations of a large diversified real estate portfolio
Structure the portfolio into compelling sub-portfolios for the market
Support vendor due diligence processes
Assist in preparing the business case for divestment
Contribute to marketing materials including teasers and investment memorandums
Provide advisory and coordination support for the sales process
What Were Looking For
Proven track record in real estate divestments and transactions
In-depth knowledge of the Norwegian real estate market
Strong network within Norwegian property investment and advisory circles
Prior experience with infrastructure or telecom-related portfolios is a plus
Norwegian citizenship required (due to security clearance)
Proficient in Norwegian and English
