We would be delighted if you joined us as a Working Student Publisher Account Management

Your Tasks:

We are looking for a proactive and organised working student to join our Publisher Management team. The successful candidate will provide account management and client support to ensure publishers receive the highest level of service and partnership.

This role offers a great opportunity to learn more about affiliate marketing a solid and modern way to monetise online audiences and gain experience in account management within a supportive and collaborative environment.

  • Provide general support to the Publisher Account Management team for existing client requests and day-to-day operational needs
  • Assist in onboarding new publishers to ensure a smooth integration onto our platform
  • Support with account management tasks including updating client information preparing reports and assisting with performance reviews
  • Liaise with internal teams such as the Merchant Team to ensure seamless delivery of services to publishers
  • Conduct market and competitor research to gather insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Help with the preparation of client presentations and communication materials when required

Your Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in marketing business communications or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital advertising online publishing and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
  • Highly organised detail-oriented and able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Docs Sheets Slides etc.)
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
