We are looking for a Team Leader Progression (Graduation and Records) to join our team in Student and Scholarly this critical leadership role you will oversee the day-to-day operations relating to student records and graduation services. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for academic completion graduation applications the provision of transcripts and certificates and the coordination of the Universitys graduation ceremonies.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. The salary range for this role is within the Band G range $84000 $102000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.

The Scholarships and Progression team within Student Services forms part of the wider Student and Scholarly Services division providing centralised expertise and leadership in student lifecycle services. We collaborate closely with faculties service divisions and central administration to deliver seamless and supportive services to our students and kaimahi (staff). You will join a collegial and forward-thinking group committed to high standards and student success.
