Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain 3D models using BIM software (e.g. Revit AutoCAD)
- Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure accurate model creation
- Coordinate and integrate various building systems (structural MEP architectural) within BIM models
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between different building components
- Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols
- Participate in project meetings and provide BIM-related input
- Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimations using BIM data
- Support construction teams with model-based information during the building process
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
- Contribute to the development and improvement of BIM workflows and processes
- Prepare BIM execution plans and project-specific BIM requirements
- Ensure data integrity and quality control of BIM models
