Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer for a direct hire opportunity to design HVAC systems in Charlotte NC.

Salary:$135k (may vary depending on capability/experience)
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits- 401K Medical Dental Vision STD LTD PTO etc
Schedule: There is one mandatory day in the office each week which is Wednesdays all other days are optional for in office.

Duties for Mechanical Engineer:

Designing and the construction of hydronic systems (chilled water hot water and steam)
Building of automation systems
Meeting and communicating with clients
Conducting site inspections.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Mechanical Engineer:

Five (5) Plus years of experience in design of HVAC systems for commercial buildings
Knowledge in the design and construction of hydronic systems (chilled water hot water and steam) and building automation systems is required.
Hospital and other healthcare experiences are a plus.
Experience using AutoCad and Revit is required.
Experience using Trace 700 for building cooling loads is a plus
Experience using Trace 700 also for energy models is an additional plus.
Minimal overnight travel
