About the Job

Were seeking a Software Engineer to join a fast-scaling health technology company building the most advanced AI-powered claims adjudication platform in the industry.

This is a full-time on-site role in San Francisco CA where youll work directly with founders to design and deliver production-quality software that transforms how small companies access and manage healthcare benefits.

What Youll Be Doing:

Write production-quality Python and TypeScript code to deliver reliable high-performance systems.

Develop the fastest and most accurate claims adjudication engine in the industry.

Build and scale financial integrations and money movement features to support healthcare transactions.

Improve user experience for members across in-app and phone channels to boost engagement and satisfaction.

Define technical specifications scope requirements and ship features daily in a startup environment.

Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and product teams to align technical solutions with customer needs.

Implement best practices for code quality deployment and scalability.

What Youll Need:

25 years of professional software engineering experience (startup or fast-moving tech company preferred).

Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.

Solid understanding of backend infrastructure APIs and data integrations.

Proven ability to own projects end-to-end from concept to deployment.

Experience shipping features and iterating rapidly in production environments.

Mission-oriented mindset passionate about improving healthcare through technology.

Ability to work 45 days per week in-office in San Francisco.

Experience in healthtech or fintech environments.

Proven success building or scaling zero-to-one products.

Demonstrated stability in prior roles with career growth or promotions.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.
