Job Description
- Support in recruitment activities (CV screening candidate outreach interview scheduling)
- Updating and managing HR databases and archives
- Participate in organizational analysis data and information collection
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires
- Assisting in the coordination of internal training (logistics scheduling collecting feedback)
- Providing support in the preparation of employment documents and internal communications
- Participating in cross-functional HR projects (welfare employer branding internal surveys etc.)
Qualifications :
- Fluent in English (preferred Mother tongue)
- Attention to detail confidentiality and precision
- Ongoing or recently completed degree in fields such as Economics Law Political Science or Statistic.
(Preferred Masters degrees: Economics Marketing and Communication) - Strong interest in People field and eagerness to learn
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
