Your primary responsibility will be to recruit top talent for both current and upcoming opportunities.

In this full-cycle recruitment role agility in your recruitment approach is essential. We have a diverse range of positions we recruit for with postions located across the U.S. Familiarity with traveling or constructions roles is helpful but not required.
Location & Travel: This is an onsite position that can be based in our Fargo ND Phoenix AZ Indianapolis IN or Dallas TX office.Expected travel for this position is 10% to support recruitment related events.
