Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their dining needs
Collaborate with team members to respond to guest requests and resolve any issues professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area including clearing and resetting tables
Assist with event setups and functions in the conference suites and restaurant
Qualifications :
Previous customer service or hospitality experience
Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and weekends
Great communication skills presentation and confidence to engage with guests
A passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling items
A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment
A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times
