Working as an Area HR Manager for Chartwells Higher Ed you will support numerous Human Resource functions to meet strategic tactical and administrative Human Resource objectives. The Area HR Manager will be based out of University of Miami in Miami FL and will be responsible for the HR functions on campus as well as providing HR support for multiple smaller Chartwells Higher Ed accounts across the State of Florida that do not have HR Managers on site. The ideal candidate for this position will have senior level HR management experience in the Hospitality or Retail Food Service industry.
This is NOT a remote position.
Position will require travel 30%-50% within the State of Florida.
In this role you must be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management and across various support departments. Your knowledge of employee relations and your strong analytical ability will be used to support HR initiatives.
