ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Vice President of Orange County the Public Affairs Administratoradvances AJSOCALs visibility partnerships and impact across Orange County and Los Angeles County. The role coordinates public affairs and outreach efforts supports strategic partnerships and high-profile events prepares project proposals and manages donor engagement. This position ensures regional initiatives align with Orange County organizational priorities while maintaining rigorous professional standards. This community-facing position suits a highly organized relationship-driven professional committed to advocacy and equity for the AAPI communities. This position is NOT covered under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
50% External Affairs & Outreach Support
20% Event & Special Project Coordination
20% Communications Development & Messaging Support
10% Managing Intern/Volunteer and Facilitating Administrative Logistics
