Job Summary Public Key Infrastructure Engineer/Admin
- Develop and implement processes and controls around Certificate Authority (CA) Management Active Directory and platform authentication (Windows/Unix).
- Automate and manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems to improve efficiency and ensure auditability.
- Integrate PKI tools and solutions for streamlined operations and compliance.
- Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure full integration and automation of PKI processes.
- Work within agile methodologies (Kanban Scrum) and participate in continuous delivery and deployment activities.
- Assess data protection requirements and implement encryption technologies (TLS PGP PKI HSM).
- Identify and remediate system security vulnerabilities including penetration testing.
- Develop high-level scripts (Python KSH Bash PowerShell) for automation and management.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines and resources.
- Provide clear communication and effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Design and support distributed platforms primarily Linux with some Windows Server involvement.
- Utilize certificate management tools (e.g. Venafi Keyfactor) and server configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible Puppet).
- Support enterprise server hardware and identity management solutions.
- (Preferred) Design and implement Red Hat and AWS cloud solutions with hands-on experience in large complex environments.
- Bring over 10 years of IT infrastructure experience including 3 years in PKI environments.
