As a Junior International Account Manager you will lead our commercial efforts in international markets with a focus on English-speaking regions. This role involves driving new business development managing contract renewals strengthening existing client relationships and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining strategic accounts within the Education & Public Sector vertical and opening new opportunities with education and public sector clients across various countries.

What you will do at ODILO:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing education & public sector accounts in the international market maintain the existing accounts upselling cross selling and referrals.
  • Lead contract renewal cycles with a strong focus on timely execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders in each account.
  • Contribute to client retention and expansion strategies by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Drive new business development in strategic international markets with a hunter mindset.
  • Work towards surpassing a new sales quota.
  • Proactively identify client needs and align them with ODILOs solutions to maximize value and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Presales Customer Success Product and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM regarding client interactions renewal status and opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on market trends educational policy changes and digital learning innovations relevant to your accounts.


        The ideal candidate will bring:

        • At least 2 years of experience in sales business development account management or renewals ideally in EdTech SaaS or public sector technology.
        • Experience or strong interest in education clients (ministries universities schools libraries etc.).
        • Good network within the Education & Public Sector community or you have the desire to quickly build one.
        • Fast-paced remote international environments.
        • Results-driven and comfortable working with sales quotas and KPIs.
        • Prior experience in achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
        • Excellent consultative selling communication and presentation skills.
        • Challenger sales mindset is a must
        • Diligent in keeping sales pipeline information accurate and up to date in company CRM.
        • Brings a hunter mentality to the team. Well-organized and prepared. Able to work towards clear deadlines.
        • C1-C2 level of English (other languages are a plus).
        • Native Spanish

          • Knowledge of public procurement processes or international tenders.
          • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
