What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with the continuous improvement team to enhance and monitor operational excellence.
- Partner with engineers to learn and implement techniques for improving packaging equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Propose and implement improvements in site process technology focusing on quality cost and capacity optimization.
- Lead support and coach data analysis using appropriate Operational Excellence (OpEx) tools.
- Conduct shared investigations with technical compliance and operations process team members.
- Integrate Good Manufacturing Practices (GxP) and regulatory compliance into all project scopes designs and construction work.
- Identify analyze prioritize and execute business solutions performing root cause analysis to eliminate repeat issues.
- Support Quality and Safety investigations by coaching on Six Sigma methodologies and conducting safety inspections.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8 years of experience or associates degree with 6 years of experience or BA/BS with 2 years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of Process Monitoring systems including knowledge of PLC/computer systems
- Ability to work effectively with site colleagues through the change process
- Strong verbal and written English communication capabilities
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Office applications particularly Excel
- Ability to organize data and plan for the future
- Experience in fostering a Continuous Improvement Culture

- Relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and mentor colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $to $. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 100% of the base salary.
