Job Summary
PPL is in search of aProperty Compliance Specialistto join our Property Management Compliance team.
The Property Compliance Specialist ensures that PPLs affordable housing programs adhere to all applicable federal state and local regulations. This role supports the organizations mission by maintaining compliance with housing program requirements including LIHTC HOME CDBG TIF AHP AHIF Minnesota Housing Deferred Loans and Grants and other funding sources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities: Not responsible for supervisory duties at this time
Minimum Requirements
Hours: 40 hours/week Non-exempt full-time position; Business hours Monday-Friday
