The Role

As our Business Development Manager youll be the driving force behind new opportunities. Youll connect with potential clients understand their challenges and show them how our tailored solutions can help them thrive.

What youll do:

  • Proactively engage with potential customers via phone email and LinkedIn
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Book and coordinate meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Keep accurate up-to-date records in our CRM
  • Build in-depth knowledge of our services to have confident value-led conversations
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth sales journey from first contact to closing
