Position Overview
We are looking for an Integrated Development Planning (IDP) Manager - a dedicated detail-oriented passionate creative team player and committed professional who is always willing to push boundaries and exemplifies integrity and empathy. The ideal candidate understands the importance of leading by example and aligning with WWFs mission and values (Courage Integrity Respect and Collaboration). The IDP Manager will be recruited and administered by WWF Namibia to support the KAZA TFCA in the effective development coordination and management in delivering on the IDPs.
Main Functions
The IDP Manager will be responsible for the coordination and technical support for effective planning stakeholder engagement management monitoring evaluation and learning as well as reporting progress and ultimate development of the sub-regional national and master IDPs for addition the incumbent will participate in the delivery actions relevant to other relevant project outputs.

Key Responsibilities
Qualifications :
Education and Experience
Masters in Environmental Planning Conservation Natural Resource Management Development or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years experience in conservation planning transboundary conservation or sustainable development.
Experience in climate change management or environmental advocacy.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.
Demonstrated experience in multi-stakeholder engagement and integrated landscape planning.
Proven ability to facilitate regional coordination and policy alignment across multiple countries.
Strong knowledge of KAZA TFCA SDGs AU Agenda 2063 and development strategies.
Excellent and proven analytical project management and communication skills.
Ability to travel across KAZA Partner States.
Skills and Abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook); experience with project management software is an advantage such as would be an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly including to remote rural locations.
Demonstrated initiative independence and a commitment to conservation and sustainable development.
Excellent and proven analytical skills.
