The ideal candidate will have experience within the education sector or within B&I. The role will be based mainly in and around London and the surrounding counties but will also involve travel to other areas when required.

What youll be doing:-
- Day to day management of the food team
- Work with culinary leads & head of menu management to deliver innovative sector menus & marketing support
- Work with Operators to ensure hospitality & events and site support requirements are met
- Support sales & mobilisation as required
- Work with Culinary Director to create a training plan to mentor & develop Food & Nutrition team
- Carry out food team reviews & appraisals
- Responsible for setting minimum standards with Culinary Leads & Culinary Director
