Job Description

Tasks
- Oversee the finance system and maintain close collaboration with the CPA on external accounting tasks ensuring the timely provision of all necessary documents to the CPA and State Tax Inspectorate.
- Strategically plan implement and monitor budgets on a monthly quarterly and annual basis to ensure financial efficiency.
- Manage and deliver accurate internal and external reports on a weekly monthly and yearly schedule.
- Process distributor bonuses and oversee banking operations for local branches with precision.
- Partner closely with the CPA on external accounting responsibilities and provide seamless support to the State Tax Inspectorate.
- Ensure accurate verification and registration of all received invoices and banking transfers.
- Actively support the customer service team and contribute to additional tasks assigned by the Country Manager fostering collaboration and success.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting showcasing expertise and dedication to the field.
- Exceptional analytical skills paired with a solution-driven and proactive mindset; highly effective in communication and a strong team player.
- Proficient in Czech Slovak and English with excellent verbal and written skills in all three languages.
