Role at a Glance:
Paystand is seeking a dynamic strategic leader to serve as our Vice President of Partner this high-impact role youll own and evolve our partner strategy end-to-endtransforming our channel ecosystem into a scaled high-leverage revenue engine. Were looking for a proven executive with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams delivering measurable outcomes and driving cross-functional alignment to accelerate growth.
What Youll Do:
Strategic Ecosystem Development
- Lead the continued development of Paystands partner ecosystem with clear segmentation operating models and go-to-market plays.
- Develop strategic partner plans for each ecosystem aligning executive stakeholders internally and externally to support major bets for 2025 and beyond.
- Expand partner-led revenue through activation programs co-selling motions and scalable enablement.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering channel-led growth in high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
- Deep knowledge of ERP ecosystems such as Netsuite Sage Intacct Microsoft Dynamics and Acumatica.
- Data- and outcome-driven leader with strong analytical operational and communication skills.
- Experienced team builder with a record of developing talent and leading cross-functional teams.
