Job Description

Operational Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

Please note this is an evolving role throughout 2025 and into 2026. Therefore responsibilities have been split until fully implemented.

Facilitation

  • Training Delivery and Facilitation Induction cross training and change initiatives. Facilitate training sessions using a variety of delivery methods including face to face and virtual.
  • Evaluation and Feedback - Assess the effectiveness of training through feedback evaluation and performance metrics. Feedback to be provided to training material owner so improvements and changes can be implemented.
  • Supervision of trainees in the training period dealing with low-risk capability and conduct issues escalating to appropriate people leader as necessary.
  • Delivery of effective developmental / motivational feedback and coaching support to trainees.
  • Accurately recording competency assessment results and feedback for audit purposes.
  • Document all training activities using the appropriate method sharing documented information with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate logging of Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) hours.
  • Maintain competence in the technical roles / specialist areas requiring the provision of training.
  • Share experience and best practice to develop knowledge skill and behaviour within the role.
  • Collaborate with UK trainers to exchange best practices for facilitation focusing on sharing insights resources and methodologies to enhance training facilitation effectiveness and consistency.

Facilitation and Training Design

  • Responsible for ownership design preparation delivery and evaluation of training material. To include full use of blended learning techniques using different methods and media.
  • Training material to be kept up to date in collaboration with content owners and process owners. Ensure training is regularly reviewed trainee feedback to be considered enhanced where appropriate ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Representation on projects working with key stakeholders to determine technical training requirements and the most appropriate learning solution to include full use of blended learning techniques/digital learning tools. Complete training preparation design delivery and evaluation if necessary. Ensure responses to stakeholder queries and emails are accurate and timely while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Evaluation and Feedback - Assess the effectiveness of training design through feedback evaluation and performance metrics. Implement improvements based on feedback and assessments.

Education and Experience

  • Graduate / post-graduate degree
  • Transaction processing experience desirable.
